Any need to determine child gender?

My answer to this question is capital NO. To understand this issue properly, we need to understand the mind of God with respect to procreation. God who created the universe is the one sending in the humans whether male or female for specific purposes.

The role of the parents is to help mould this being to become what God has planned him/her to become until he comes of age and can take decisions for himself or herself. It is a responsibility that parents must take seriously. Not to do it perfectly, is a dereliction of duty.

To begin to determine in advance what gender of child one should have is to start playing the role of God himself and the beginning of abandoning ones expected role.

Let man concentrate on what he can do best and leave the others.
